The new Star Inn hotel is located in Stuttgart-Plieningen, it is very close to the airport and the Stuttgart Trade Fair, which are reachable in only 5 minutes by car. Plieningen is one of the 27 districts of Stuttgart; inter alia Plieningen is home of the famous castle Hohenheim and the University of Hohenheim.

Stuttgart is the capital of the state of Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. The sixth-largest city in Germany, Stuttgart has a population of 613,392 (per December 2011) while the metropolitan area has a population of 5.3 millions. With over 5 million inhabitants, the greater Stuttgart Metropolitan Region is the fourth-biggest in Germany after the Rhine-Ruhr area, Berlin/Brandenburg and Frankfurt/Rhine-Main.

The future Star Inn will provide an ideal place to follow business purpose in the Stuttgart area. The area is known for its out- standing industries: high-tech, automotive and motorcycle, financial services including the stock ex-change, science, research, development and education as well as wine and beer brewery.

The Star-Inn Hotel Stuttgart Airport/Trade Fair will have four different room types with 159 bedrooms in total:

• 113 Standard Rooms with 16 m2, with individually controllable thermostats, shower/toilet, bath with hair dryer, LED-TV and a large double bed. 20 of these rooms do have connecting doors what makes them ideal for families. 2 rooms are furnished handicapped accessible.
• 26 Business Rooms with a size of 20 m2 do have a very comfortable size and also will be furnished with a cozy leather sofa.
• 16 Twin-Rooms with 2 beds.
• 4 spacious Suites, which offer separate living and sleeping areas on 30 m2 – 40 m2 and two large double beds. All rooms are equipped with a safe and a fridge.
• Chargeable parking space will be available at the hotel.
